R&J Cast! [Feb. 17th, 2006|10:29 am]
[mood |accomplishedaccomplished]
[music |My Way - Frank Sinatra]

I'm waaaayyyyyy too lazy to post a note on the bulletin board, so here is the cast list. You won't actually be cast until you reply to this post, though, so reply if you'd like the part! I'm giving you until Wednesday's class ((it needs to be done BEFORE Wed. so we can do the actual post on Wed., so REPLY NOW!)) to reply to this post in order to take your part. If you don't reply, then I'll choose someone else for the role, simple as that! Or you may reject the part as well, for whatever reasons you may have. It is ALL good.

Romeo: Ichigo
Juliet: Orihime
Mercutio: Ikkaku
Tybalt: Tatsuki
Benvolio: Hirako
Nurse: Rukia
Paris: Mizuiro
Chorus/Narrator: Kon
Friar: Renji

Now I know that a lot of you didn't get the roles you requested on the application, but I thought that these would be fitting for you ((and a whole lot of fun in rehearsal! ^_^)). If you have any comments or thoughts on this matter, you can get back to me ((that is to say, leave me a "private" comment on here!)).

Are you excited?! I know I am!

- Your Almighty Director

Big Man on Campus [Dec. 21st, 2005|02:13 am]

Greetings, students and staff of Seireitai High! It is I, Don Kanonji, of the hit series "Hanging with Mr. Kanonji!"

After filming the final season of my show I decided it was time to produce my own movie brainchild, a wonderful documentary of my life that I like to call "The Great Kanonball." After a grueling year of filming and editing, I took my masterpiece around the country to many top-notch producers. They were all too busy to take in my film, but it's their loss!

So now, at the behest of some old friends of mine, I have decided to take a job at your wonderful high school where I can help to raise a new generation of talented actors! Surely, none of you will exceed my greatness - but I can at least help you to acheive your own level of greatness!

I will begin my classes in January with auditions for Romeo and Juliet. Ooooh how exciting! So sign up NOW NOW NOW! And don't forget - arts classes are now a requirement for college! Of course they would be, for all great people have had some kind of drama and art in their lives.
